View from New Apartment Four Floors Higher

I have only been home for a month and it was spent packing and moving into a new apartment. The beginning of Spetember I had open heart surgery, a coronary bypass, for a heart attack and returned here in October. In the meantime we moved upstairs to the thirteen floor where I can see the entire Mystic River Bridge. In the other direction is Copley Square. Please click on any photo for an enlargement. And the pain from surgery does subside after a month.

Home after a heart attack

Home after open heart surgery, a coronary bypass. I was hospitalized about a month. Apparently I had a "big heart attack" where the muscle died and I lost 50% of the heart. The pain has finally stopped, not as on and off, only tweaks and twinges, but it's in the same spot as the heart attack, so it makes you stop and think. Fatigue, lack of energy.

There are still roses on the table, if I haven't thanked her already.
