Another Rainbow
Scott Lord
For a minute, Boston had a Tornado Watch. The rose in the corner is probably over seven years old, preserved.

The Beacon Hill Tomato Soup Romance
Fifteen years ago, when Donna and I had first began living together-dating I took Donna to lunch at Government Center, Boston. It may sound hearts and flowers, but she wanted tomato soup. It may sound hearts and flowers but I went through the clouds with the thought, "All I want to is to buy you your tomato soup....that's all you want is tomato soup". Today she suprised me after a week of celebrating our anniversary with flowers in the kitchen and a balloon in the living room by ordering tomato soup on Beacon Hill, which reminded me of our first week together. In the photograph you'll notice that we haven't gotten the chance to return the bathroom key yet.
Thank you Donna.

Our Fifteenth Anniversary
I'm busy with our anniversary, we've already been to both Boston and Cambridge, but when I'm not busy and can write I have a corner that overlooks the skyline. (Boston for breakfast, Cambridge for lunch, I have a way of thanking her for her company by telling her there were 180 dates of that type in downtown Boston, not counting Sunday mornings.)
Donna is Christian and I'm not Buddhist, or rather I haven't studied enough comparative religion- its superficial to say I'm of Kerouac's background but not quite his area- but still, its my writing corner with a superfantastic view.
We did get a present, our friend and my mentor who was a surf champion (he was the goofy foot that defeated Midget Farrelly if you happen to be from Malibu....I'm hoping he makes surf hall of fame.) told Donna the story of his sailing to Honolulu on a custom built katamaran, which was a nice addition to our celebrating. The pointsettia in the middle was a gift from Donna's friend.
Thank you Donna for fifteen years of living together and being my "superfantastic" girlfriend.
