"You would think that there is a God, especially in that you were in a certain place at a certain time. I believe in love whether there is or there is not  a Supreme Being and I believe in being in love. If someone has a belief in God or a creator then it is part of who they are and it belongs to them, so debate is only philosophical untill their emotions and ideals become something poetic about them, and when the discussion develops to the postition that there is a God the other person believes in or a spirtuality they need to be who they are, then it becomes a matter of philosophiclly listening, the imperative being that the freedom of other person can be known deeper as an act of love or an aethetic act of observing their beauty or the beauty of their ideas and emotions. The debate is no longer concerned with if there is a God from the agnostic postion, it is concerned with if life can be made more beautiful and if love can be made more intimate."
She usually ended each phone call by saying, "I love you." but with this instance she added to it by saying, "I love you so much."
After they had said goodnight, he began again,"I owe you fifty cents." She laughed and before she could say anything he enthusiasticly added, "Good night. I love you." so as to assure her that was all he needed to say, to which she quickly replied, "I love you too." The fact of the matter was that they had known each other before their having become involved.
Had it been that he had earlier reminded her of what had happened between them, outlining the actions of their bodies before and after, if not before, during and after their conversations? At first the moon from the terrace was red, it then being low on the horizon, to which he called her attention, asking her if in fact if it wasn't the moon. After his cigarette and after they had talked for a short while, it seemed more orange, shadows of hue passing across it. Later, it was considerably higher on the horizon taking into account for how long they had talked, it entirely white in its brightness except for a thin band of clouds passing across it. They had had two nights of making love that seemed exceptional for them before she had began her menstration and were left to mostly only hold each other. During the two earlier nights, and during several of the nights before that they had quickly acquired a way of being near to each other right before making love where they would look at each other each laying in bed on their side almost using the same pillow, their faces almost touching while looking into each other's eyes where there was almost a happiness to their intimacy.
"Talking about marriage gets me sexually stimulated, especially that we're exclusive."
"When your nipples are erect and harden makes me think of what could happen between us .Sensually, am I kissing you softly enough; I like to use my tongue strait down instead of my finger and circle with it before using my mouth and lips."
     "Yes."
Earlier that evening right after they had had dinner together she mentioned that while they were there she wanted to go into the chapel to pray. She had ask him in with her and silently sat for a moment with her hands folded and happily acknowledged when she had finished, announcing that they could then leave. There had been brochures there that he was looking at in between watching her pray and they were those that almost, if seen with a black humor, bordered on being morbid, their concerning the potential loss of a love one and the putting aside of time during the day that could be used to reflect upon those who had recently departed as though there were to be regular sessions of appreciative thoughtfulness after their passing and prayers dedicated to the recently deceased or soon to be deceased. In bed he had said that she was more than welcome to pray anytime that she desired to and not only had the freedom, but the individuality. She then told him that she was praying that they could be together as a couple.
"I meditated", he said, trying not to sound hesitant that his thoughts, although directed toward her, had not been in the apostrophe and specifically sent to an omnipotent deity.

Donna Said I Love You (Cyclops:Like Magic)

Intense. One night apart. One morning not spent together since June 1, 2011. Donna called this morning to say I Love You.

I called back to say I Love You.

Details: we just spoke again. The games might be over. Synopsis: I knew her while I was married and we found each other after. She asked for a ring. I told her I didn't know if I could marry yet, we needed a licence and I was waiting to hear since it was noncontested.
We've been in be together, waiting.
On the morning where she thought she try one night alone, I called the court to find out I was ironically divorced the entire time. Peace forever to all parties concerned- but I proposed with a now or never.
We didn't make it. Not even after my whispering the name Donna Lord into her ear during last Sunday's church service. We would have been married a year from yesterday.

We're still lovers. What it allowed untill now was a game of "Do you want to break up- If you loved me you wouldn't want to break up." There are no more ghosts or what if you cheat on me? That's over- I'm free to marry again. No more games about being faithful but going to church. It's removed Jesus from that part of the picture. I explained it- I am that badly hurt by cheat on each other-break up with each other every time you turn around, and the Christ will make it all better every time you turn around. During last month I did offer to study Kierkegaard, or restudy him without as much "man shall be god: existence shall precede essence."
The teleological suspension is now redirected to love.
------------
I still love you. I in fact need you more.
Scott

Oh, the word Cyclops is a Scott and Donna (don't tell Jen were are now "Sconna", she's been going through some heavy on the telephone issues, its hard to tell me and Jen apart sometimes, we're symbiotic)Donna is most pretty it bed while she's on a pillow, but she says our faces are so close together she can only see one of my eyes at a time. So she calls me "a Cyclops" rather than 'Odin' the thunder-god-figure-personification-being-that-will-extend his-being-into-creative-things. Its like the floating finger thing our babysitter had during the seventies where you take two fingers and cause an optical illusion hern they near.

Anniston rather than Diaz- Donna took me to another movie in Harvard Square

Last night Donna took me to the Harvard Square Theater again. Last time it was for the film Bad Teacher; this time it was for the film Horrible Bosses. It was a fast paced comedy and she began laughing non-stop during the last one fourth of the film. Right before that I whispered in her ear, "You haven't said I love you during the film." It was just at an arbitrary point in the film when I thought that we should tell each other. When we first decided to to date we were joking that she was "a Jen", that there was a parallel between lives of the two women and that they were intertwined within the universe, my being with "a Jen". The film does use speed to make the second half of it humorous, like classic Hollywood comedy in the 20's, 30's 40's. Once the plot premise is established, the humor is based on comedic action in plot twists.
Harvard Square was nice after midnight while holding her hand. Before going to the film we had resumed our conversations in the shower about getting engaged, this occasion being more intimate.
She greeted the assistant pastor who agreed to meet with us later to schedule pre-marriage consultations about being engaged for the next year. The sermon was on a passage on Is there marriage after the resurrection. Is the something greater than marriage after death while living in the covenant of Christ where there will be no marriages and where humans are as like angels, living in his love? The reverend answer seemed to be than human love is not perfect and the only perfect love is in heaven. It reminded me of "Under The View of Eternity" in that, if love exists on earth there is a teleological suspension of its value and its aesthetic value after death. It can be seen by the view that eternity exists and it can exist for however love we do- love spent on earth is better than not have loved at all.
The bible passage is consistent with one that follows which reads love thy neighbor (specificly modified as love your spouse as well as you can)as yourself in that in heaven there is only love, it is a benevolent force. The church speaks too often about "Christ's authority", which of course is supported by Jesus's claim that God is the Father. It becomes a little oppressive but not too weird to sit through; after attending their service three times I generally expect a little work on God Reigns, which manifested itself today in something to the effect of give to the Lord what is his and give to Ceasar what belongs to him, (throw the Christians to the Christians and the Lions to the Lions)I found it more fascinating that a six sided figure can be made with the cross and that can be enclosed within an elongated semi-circle. I have an renewed interest in the architecture of New England and if I were to write a "Moby Dick" it would encompass the history of architecture of New England. It was interesting that he saw the God of the Old Testament interpreted by Jesus- God was the God of the Old Testment and was alive and is still alive with the New.
I opened a new blog entitled Donna and Scott that could be written by both of us. Actually, her I cleaned her apartment most of the morning and at night spent a long time together in the supermarket.
